So Troy is going through this new stage again of deciding when or if he wants to go to bed. He is a very strong willed kid. I love the boy to pieces but sometimes he is hard to enjoy while he's climbing out of his crib and coming out if his room for 2 hours while you know he's dead tired and he's just fighting the power. Well everything changed when we got him a crib tent. While we were setting it up he was very excited and then when he realized that he was getting locked in he did not like it but now he does not seem to mind it even almost enjoy it. On Christmas morning we went into his room to wake him up and he was not ready to get up. He jumped up and zipped the tent shut and laid back down, pretty funny. Now were not sure when to switch him because now we need a crib for Alyssa, sometime in the future...
While we are on the subject of Troy was wanted to give an update in him. He has been talking more and more. It has been really fun to see. He will come into our room in the morning and say "mama get up," or "Daddy get up." He'll say "Owie Sharp" referring to knifes and other dangerous things which he prefers to unload out of the dishwasher. He's very helpful with that. He'll say "(I) Get out" to get out of the car. He is also acting like he may be ready to potty train. He will pee on the potty and even pooped on the potty but with the craziness of the holidays haven't had time to go all out and do it. I'm excited to do it though he seems ready! Very ready to have only one in diapers again!
