Hailey's summer camp

Our school offered a summer camp the first 2 weeks after school got out.  This was the first year Hailey could go because you have to finish 1st grade.  They rode there bikes in the desert, baking, music, science, reading, computers and math classes that they rotated through.  In computers Ms. Pharisien was there, who was her first grade teacher.  She loved getting to see her more!  She had a lot of fun!!

While Karl and Leslie are here we also did family pictures.  I'm so glad we did.  They will be special memories captured forever.  Hilary did our pictures here!

Carrie and Brad Get Married (May 2014)

Carrie and Brad got married the end of May.  They got married in the Gila Valley Temple.  We had a lunch there in the church next to the temple and then headed home for the reception which was the next day.  Congratulations Carrie and Brad!

White Sands (May 2014)

While Karl and Leslie were here visiting we had to make a trip to white sands.  The wind picked up a little but it was still tons of fun!  What could be better then playing in a giant sand box!

Makenna's baby blessing (5/3/14)

Makenna was blessed on May 3rd by her daddy.  All the Hakes in town came and all the Kohlers including Karl and Leslie.  Afterwards we had everyone over to our house for lunch.  We were so glad everyone could join us for this special event of ours.

Makenna's second month of life

We are just loving every minute of this sweet little girl!  She sleeps pretty good and is pretty easy going.  I was thinking that it is because she is a 4th child so she just knows she needs to be easy going but I know we are truely lucky to have a mellow baby.

At Makenna's 2 month check up she got her first set of shots and she was 22 inches (30th percent), 39 cm head, and 10 lbs 12 oz (35 percent).
