Hailey the 6 year-old

This is my cute little six year old!! Let's see words that describe Hailey are SILLY, Fun, Cute, lively, beautiful, friendly, lovable  Hailey decided she did not want bangs anymore and I was loving them, oh well she gets to pick!  Hailey also decided she wanted to pierce her ears and I'd been telling her for a while she she could get her ears pierced when she wanted too, (Because that is what my mom did for me) and she decided just a little before she was 6 she was ready but Josh thought it was a good idea to tell her the possible sides effects or things that could go wrong and have her think about it for 1 more week.  So after a week, it was her Birthday we took her to get her ears pierced.  I think she really likes it!  I think it's really cute. Hailey is enjoying Kindergarten although she admits that preschool was way more fun!  I feel like Hailey has really been pushed to reach her academic potential.  Hailey has a lot of friends at school and we have recently also started her in Gymnastics and piano. She loves them both and as she improves at piano she likes it more and more.  Her teacher Mrs. Lori R. is  great too she lets Hailey pick a little prize or treat after each lesson and that's a pretty good motivator.  Hailey loves loves loves to be silly and sometimes has a little too much silly in her but she is learning how to relax the silly when it's time to learn or be reverant or serious.   Hailey is great at getting cereal for her little brother or sister when they need help.  And helpful to her momma!  We love you Hailey so much!  So glad your in our family!!

Hailey has loved learning to read in kindergarten and has often been found reading to her baby sister who also loves it!  Alyssa has really gotten into books too its really so fun! Jan. 2012
